The Agency

Dicle arrives in Istanbul with dreams of making films and ends up working at a high-powered talent agency where glamour and cutthroat ambition rule. She tries to keep her ideals intact while dealing with actors' egos, deals driven by money, and the constant push for fame. The job forces her to reckon with a past she thought she’d left behind, when she realizes her father, the man who abandoned the family before she was born, is now an influential figure at the same agency. As professional loyalties and old emotions collide, her first love resurfaces amid the industry's bright and unforgiving lights.
