Efsun lives a quiet life as a dermatologist on her father's farm in Gaziantep, carrying the scars of a mother who left when she was a child. When a message arrives that her mother is dying in Istanbul, Efsun travels to see her after many years apart. Instead of a gentle reunion she finds herself pulled into the powerful woman's world, pressed into working at Istanbul's largest aesthetic clinic. Complications pile up when Emir, introduced as a driver but actually the son of a business partner, believes Efsun is there to seize control of the clinic. Their initial clashes spark a complicated relationship, and the city sets the stage for clashes of ambition, loyalty, and identity.
