After failing to stop a deadly bombing in Paris, CIA operative Alice Racine is reassigned to London as a caseworker, a demotion meant to keep her out of the field. Her old mentor soon pulls her back when fresh intelligence hints at another imminent strike, and Alice is asked to follow a trail of classified material that seems to have been compromised. As she pieces together fragmentary leads, she encounters conflicting accounts, hidden agendas, and officers who won't say what they know. The film keeps the focus tight on interrogation and tradecraft, tracking Alice as she moves through a web of suspicion while racing to identify the real threat before it erupts.

Directed by veteran filmmaker Michael Apted from a story by Peter O'Brien, Unlocked was released in 2017.
