When a sudden surge of violent animal attacks sweeps the globe, a young, unconventional zoologist named Jackson Oz teams up with a varied group that includes a hardened safari leader, a wise former soldier, a journalist, and a tech-minded ally. They try to trace why animals are turning aggressive, chasing clues from field observations to labs and remote locations. Time is tight as patterns emerge and public panic grows, so the team has to piece together scientific data, local reports, and political roadblocks to get ahead of the outbreak. The show keeps the focus on investigation and survival, balancing action with scenes that test alliances and ethical choices, without revealing major plot twists or how the crisis resolves.

The series premiered in 2015, created by André Nemec, Josh Appelbaum, and Jeff Pinkner, and it’s adapted from the novel by James Patterson and Michael Ledwidge, translating the book’s premise into a serialized TV format.
