Anna races to save her sister after Nina falls under the spell of a charismatic self-help group. Instead of going to police, Anna invents a new identity and signs up for the cult's annual retreat, hoping to get close enough to pull Nina out. Inside the isolated compound she meets members who seem sincere, plus a leader who charms and controls in equal measure.
