The WONDERfools

In Haeseong city, a group of socially awkward locals discover they have superhuman abilities after an unexplained incident, and ordinary routines quickly collide with escalating dangers. The series follows Eun Chae-ni, Lee Woon-jung and their neighbors as they experiment with powers, juggle work and family obligations, and respond to criminal threats that disrupt city life. Humor comes from the contrast between their clumsy personalities and sudden responsibilities, while action scenes raise the stakes. Antagonists range from petty criminals to more organized threats, and the show keeps its focus on how community ties affect the group's choices.
