After Turbo the snail shocks the world by winning the Indianapolis 500, his life shifts when he returns from a victory tour to find that Tito has built Starlite City, a detailed miniature metropolis with an elaborate racetrack. Turbo moves in with other snails and forms the Fast Action Stunt Team, but fame doesn't slow things down. New challengers, quirky rivals and unexpected obstacles keep Turbo busy, and episodes balance high-speed races with everyday problems, jokes and team dynamics.
