In a near-present world where famous racehorses can be reborn as "horse girls," students with horse ears and tails train to become top racers and entertainers. Young Special Week leaves her rural hometown to attend Tracen Academy in Tokyo, driven by a promise to her mother to become the best in Japan. On her first visit to the track she watches Silence Suzuka race and is instantly inspired, aiming to join the same team and match that effortless speed. The series follows her school life, training, and rivalries as she adjusts to city life and learns what it takes to shine on the course and on stage.
